DVRCapital
In October 2010, DVRCapital, Tegris and Aforge Finance entered into a strategic cooperation agreement. Henceforth, the three enterprises originate and execute cross-border transactions between Italy, the United States and France jointly and on an exclusive basis within their alli-ance. This agreement put the finishing touch to the Franco-American organization put in place by Tegris and Aforge Finance.
DVRCapital is a merchant bank based in Milan and founded in 2007 by Carlo Daveri and a highly experienced team of mergers & acquisitions professionals. In 2010, senior merchant banker Robert H. Berlé joined DVRCapital as a partner and Vice-Chairman with responsibility for developing cross-border business.
DVRCapital’s activities are covered by four divisions:
- Mergers & acquisitions advisory,
- Management of the DVR&C private equity fund,
- Debt and restructuring,
- Real estate advisory.
DVRCapital has offices in Milan, London and Warsaw. The firm, which is controlled by its managers, has made its mark as an actor of reference in the Italian market.
