Aforge Finance USA
In June 2010, Aforge Finance formed a joint venture with Tegris Advisors, US specialists in mergers & acquisitions, which led to the setting up of Aforge Finance USA.
This operational base provided Aforge Finance with a robust capacity for local action and strengthened relationships with industrial and financial investors in the US. The office, located in New York, is headed up by René-Pierre Azria, its CEO, who is backed by a very high-level team. Aforge Finance USA is dedicated to helping its French clients develop in the United States and its American clients develop in France. The organization thus devotes its efforts entirely to Franco-American transactions.
Tegris was formed in 2007 by René-Pierre Azria, previously a Rothschild Global Partner in the international field and manager of Rothschild’s Telecom practice in the United States. Since its foundation, Tegris has handled numerous deals, many of which have been complex and large-scale.
