Club Méditerranée sold the real estate assets of the Meribel Aspen Park hotel to Pramerica, a subsidiary of Prudential and to Groupe Hoche.

The Aspen Park hotel is a holiday resort located in the heart of Meribel les Allues (1400m) in the French Alps. The hotel complex has been managed since 1993 as a 4 trident hotel according to the Club Méditerranée’s classification.

The acquirer, SCI Méribel Aspen, jointly owned by Pramerica, Groupe Hoche and several individuals, is converting the hotel into a luxury residential complex, which started commercialization in December 2011.

Club Méditerranée will continue to operate the hotel for a maximum of two winter seasons.
